Personal training is really a misnomer since nothing about it is personal as it's all done in public view. In my experience I really believe it should be called something more like public humiliation or public torture.
Just when you think it's about to end the trainer tells you "you've got one more suicide set". The name suicide said is also a misnomer because when you're done you really feel more like committing homicide.
So I have to believe the reason it's done in public is so that there are witnesses to your desire to kill your trainer. This keeps your trainer safe and you out of jail.
This is all I can post for now. Even my fingers are tired. Good thing I guess, this way I can't give anyone the finger, or the whole flock.
